Closing gifts & keepsakes
A home, remembered in watercolor.
Celebrate a special home with a personalized watercolor — a thoughtful closing gift with a personal touch, painted from photos you send me. Realtors use these to mark a closing; homeowners keep them for the house they'll always remember.
Custom 8×10 watercolor · $100.00
What to send me
- Photos of the home (up to five with your request)
- The home address, so I can get the details right
- Any wording you'd like included
- The date you need it by, and a gift message if it's going to someone else
This sends an order request, not a purchase. I'll email you to confirm details, timing, delivery and payment.
How ordering works
- 01
Tell me about the custom piece you have in mind and add any reference photos.
- 02
Send the custom order request — it takes a minute and does not charge you anything.
- 03
I follow up by email with pricing, availability and next steps. Payment is arranged once we've confirmed your custom order.
Sending the form is an order request, not a completed purchase. No payment is collected on this website.
