How do I buy an art print?
Pick a print, choose 8×10 ($35) or 16×20 ($65) and a quantity, add it to your cart, and check out. Payment is taken securely through Square and shipping is added to your total before you pay.

What's the difference between the cart and a custom order request?
The cart is for items with a set price — the Dolly prints and the original paintings. You pay online and the order is confirmed straight away. A custom order request is for anything I need to quote: hand-painted jackets, watercolor house portraits, unlisted sizes and one-off ideas. Requests are free to send and no payment is collected until we've confirmed the details.
What sizes do the Dolly prints come in?
8×10 inches for $35 and 16×20 inches for $65, both available to buy online. If you need a different size, choose "Other / Request Something Different" and I'll quote it for you.
How much are original paintings?
Original paintings on this site are $75 each and can be bought online. Each one is a one-of-one piece, so once a painting is sold it's no longer available.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are handled on Square's own secure checkout page — card details never touch this website. Your order is only marked paid after the payment is confirmed with Square.
How do custom hand-painted denim jackets work?
Every jacket is one of one, so pricing is by quote. Tell me your size, jacket style, the design you're imagining, colors and where you'd like the artwork placed. You can attach inspiration photos to the request form. Let me know if you already have a jacket or need help sourcing one.
What is a custom watercolor closing gift?
It's a personalized 8×10 watercolor of a home — a thoughtful gift for a closing or a housewarming. It's $100, and you can upload photos of the home with your request.
Can you paint something that isn't shown on the site?
Yes. Use the "Other Custom Artwork" option on the custom order request form and describe what you're imagining — size, medium, colors and the occasion. I'll follow up with pricing.
How does shipping work?
For anything bought online, shipping is $5 for each 8×10 print and $12 for every other item, added to your total before you pay. Local pickup in Knoxville is free. Shipping for custom orders is confirmed by email with your quote.
Where are you based?
I'm based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and I ship orders out from here.
Do the Dolly prints support a charity?
Yes. 100% of profits from all Dolly prints and 50% of profits from all custom Dolly orders go to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in her honor. Torrie Jones Art is an independent artist shop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Imagination Library.
